The best line must be to draw only one round of trumps before broaching the diamonds. So, win clubA at trick one, cash heartK and lead diamondJ hoping to lose the lead to South. North may be reluctant to go in with diamondK and so you might get away with it even if North possesses neither spade honour, because from his point of view it might seem wrong to cover diamondJ. Here it makes no difference, but the wisdom of drawing only one top trump does. If West takes two top trumps it means that North can draw two with heartQ when he gets in with diamondK. Yet to resist drawing any trumps whatsoever allows South to obtain a diamond ruff.

However the defence continues you will eventually be able to force out the other top diamond honour, cash heartA and throw spade10 on the established diamond. Ten tricks.
