West wins with diamond10 and switches to a spade so you rise with the ace, pitch a club on diamond8 and ruff dummy's last diamond. Meanwhile East has been fidgeting and the last trump completes his discomfort. Whether he throws spadeK (hoping West has the jack) or bares clubK (hoping you misguess) you have the last three tricks.
