Let's assume that you win in hand and begin to draw trumps. Your first problem is deciding what to throw on the trumps - you will have to find three discards as East has started with four trumps.

One possible line that crosses your mind is to play East for clubK. Then you could cross to diamondA and lead a low club - if East rises then you have two discards for your spades and if he plays low then you have no club loser.
