Obviously, if either red suit breaks favourably then it's an easy make. The only hand that could hold four diamonds is your RHO and, if this is the case, then you can actually pick them up (try it with a pack of cards, as they say). Firstly, you will need an extra entry to the dummy, which spadeQ should provide. Sure enough spadeQ holds and South follows with the eight.
