Answer: very easily! Simply by ducking dummy's heartQ. Declarer had played cannily by cashing his diamond winners first, knowing that if he played a heart immediately you could simply win and lock him in dummy with a diamond. To ensure that you get two club tricks you must duck heartQ and make declarer play clubs from the dummy.
