If East has the hearts guarded then it must be right to cash heartK, for not to do so would upset the timing for a squeeze on West. You then unblock club10, cross to hand with a spade and rattle off all those clubs, followed by spadeKQ. By now you will be down to three cards - two small spades and a diamond, but if there is any justice in the world then your good bidding will have already been rewarded ..
