I cannot imagine any red blooded person confining a rebid to 2NT - but what do I know? Either South or her partner might have gone on to game, but imagine you're South in an extremely conservative 2NT. At least your cunning seems to have been rewarded when West leads spade4, and you win with the ten. How do you proceed?
