West is irrelevant, dummy pitches a Club and East...? Is finished! A trump squeeze where two ruffs are required to establish the defender's relinquished suit. The point of the deal is that you have to be in hand to cash the spadeQ whilst the clubA remains on the dummy. That way you can make the critical choice of which way to cross-ruff the minor cards to establish a winner. To make this hand you HAVE to finesse on the first round of hearts so that you don't destroy an entry. A club lead at any time by the defence wrecks the hand.
