Did you find the diamond switch or maybe ace and another club? If not then declarer's diamond goes away on heartA and declarer will be raking in at least ten tricks. At the table West led an uninspired heart at trick one. Further cock-ups in defence led to an overtrick and the match was lost.

If West decides to bid 5heart over 4spade then South has an interesting lead problem, giving East a chance on a non spade lead. Theoretically he can ditch a spade from dummy on a fourth round of diamonds without incurring a ruff, but it looks like a big ask to find that line.
