Did you find the killing switch of diamondK at trick two? If you decide to lead a diamond (what else?) then the king must be the right card. This removes dummy's late entry to the club winners you established at trick one.

Surely East must have minus one spades on the bidding, so top marks if you led a diamond initially. This will lead to two off if a nervous East flies in with an ill-judged ace. North ruffs, returns a club and, after cashing diamondK, South leads a further diamond for North to over-ruff dummy.
