The best line is to cross to dummy with a diamond to lead a spade. If South flashes in with a top spade to play ace and another trump you will be able to establish a spade winner by right. clubQ can be discarded on diamondQ without worrying about an enemy ruff and you will only lose spadeAK and heartA.

If, on the other hand, South switches to a club at trick four, you climb with clubA, ruff a spade and cash diamondAKQ intending to throw clubQ. South ruffs low, but you over-ruff, ruff another a spade and lead dummy's fourth diamond to return to hand. Nothing South can do will stop you ruffing three spade losers. Simple and elegant.
