No way. If you cash two top clubs West shows out again! Cash clubQ, ruff a club, heart to the ace, ruff a club, cash spadeQ , heartK (dentistry) and ruff a red card. East might over-ruff but you'll be able to win the rest.

Alternatively, if you think West might only have seven diamonds, ruff a diamond at trick three, finesse spade10, play on clubs and take a ruff, unblock spadeQ, return to heartA and draw trumps.

So why did East-West gain 13 IMPs in room 1? A very unlucky 7spade contract? No, another famous pair reached 7NT and that had no play even on a heart lead from West.
