This is a tough one. A trump switch is no good because declarer wins in hand and leads a club. If West wins the king to lead a heart then a club from dummy means that no club ruff in dummy is required. On the other hand, if East wins declarer's initial club, when declarer leads the next club West has no third trump to lead and the defence will be powerless to prevent the club ruff.
