Declarer should play the queen from the dummy. If East takes the king then South wins the return, cashes spadeA, returns to hand with a heart ruff, draws the last trump, cashes diamondA and finesses against clubQ to pick up six club tricks. If East should duck spadeQ at trick two then declarer simply leaves spadeA in dummy, comes to hand with a heart ruff and runs the clubs. Eventually East must ruff with spadeK, but now South can win the heart return, cash diamondA and enter dummy with spadeA, drawing East's last trump with at the same time.
