Did you find the spade switch? Not only was that the only defence, but it also requires superhuman judgement from partner when dummy's spade7 is inserted. South must play low (spade3) and then the defence can get their rightful quota of three spade ticks and two diamonds. Unsurprisingly, at the table North continued with another heart, so no doubt a smug West will do it again next time.
