Er, no. If East really is 1-2-4-6 then clubQ is twice as likely to be in the East hand. A much better line is therefore to cash spadeJ5 and heartQ, reducing everyone to three cards. If East has clubQ, and the great dealer in the sky has preordained that this should be so, you can then you can throw him in to lead into clubAJ. Of course, if he bares clubQ by keeping both diamonds then you will overtake clubK and make an overtrick!
