Declarer needed a small miracle in clubs and it duly arrived when he cashed king and ace. After cashing clubJ9 he ruffed a club in hand with diamondQ and led a spade. With West holding only diamondJ65 and dummy heart8 diamond10 club3, there was nothing West could do to stop dummy's ten scoring the eleventh trick.
