A cross-ruff is indeed the winning line, but you must be careful about entries. After ruffing the spade you cross to dummy's clubQ, overtake clubJ with the king and lead clubA intending to ruff it whatever West plays. Ruff a second spade, ruff a club, return to diamondA and ruff a third club with dummy's last trump. You still retain heartAQ and they are your ninth and tenth tricks.

If declarer makes the mistake of crossing to clubQ at trick two and immediately ruffing a spade then he is an entry short - try it out.
