My chum (ex-chum by now) knows all about the Principle of Restricted Choice, but whether he decided to play for a swing I know not, for he rose with diamondQ and went one off. When the oppo reached an easy 6NT in the other room that was 14 IMPs away instead of 10 IMPs in. The match was lost by 30 IMPs.

Sorry Jim.
