South leads his last trump so West throws a club and North diamond10, but what does East throw on the last trump? To throw a spade allows declarer to duck a spade after which dummy would be high. The real beauty is saved for when East comes down to a single diamond, for now declarer crosses to diamondA and exits with a small spade, end-playing East into conceding the last two tricks.

Do you like that? East didn't.
