3diamond would fit the bill nicely, and I suspect that many Norths would bid 4spade, leading to a slam in spades. Indeed 7spade is not an unreasonable contract but, as Ivan explains, if South had bid less agriculturally there would have been no story.

So, your inclinations have led to a contract of 6NT and when West puts heart2 on the table, how should you plan the play? Incidentally, if it's of any help, West hesitated over South's final bid.
