* ???!!!

At the table declarer ruffed in dummy and threw his club. clubA was ruffed by East and over-ruffed, so declarer led a small diamond towards dummy. West discarded on a low diamond and dummy's king won the trick. clubK, ruffed by East and over-ruffed was followed by diamondA. West decided to ruff this but exited with another heart. After ruffing in dummy South still had a trump to come and he emerged with six tricks. Minus 250, but not too bad with a cold vulnerable grand slam in hearts available to East-West!
