Now you'd be worried about the clubs being 1-7, so you might choose to ruff a club high at trick two. After cashing diamondAQJ you now find that you have a trump loser - but no matter. Run the spades and come down to a singleton heart in the North hand, waiting for West to ruff in. If he does, then he has to lead into heartAQ. If he doesn't, then you play ace and another heart making your last trump en passant.

Of course you might prefer to be in 6spade .
