Better than West at the table, I trust!

Interpreting East's initial spade2 as club preference, West shifted catastrophically to ace and another club. Declarer won clubK, ditched dummy's last club on spadeK, finessed heart9 and established the diamonds by ruffing the third round in hand. After another trump finesse and heartK all that remained was to write down +850 to North-South!
