Am I being too pedantic in thinking that 2spade on this hand is overstated? Our longest suit is relatively poor, singleton king in partner's suit is not ideal and besides, partner will keeping bidding if his hand is useful. In fact West's rebid mattered not one iota, for the destination was always going to be 4spade. Maybe East knew about West's declarer play, for surely 3spade (stronger than 4spade) is correct on his hand.

Now you have to play 4spade on the lead of heartJ. Over to you.
