Nothing special, except it's unusual in a game contract to see a defender twice ducking a side suit ace where partner is not only void in that suit but still holding two trumps.

The possibilities in this deal are complex and numerous, but I suspect that North can also defeat the contract by ruffing West's second, or possibly even the first, high diamond. Perhaps someone's Deep Finesse could tell us.
