Anthony reckons that in a contract of 6diamond if heartK is with South, and diamondK with North, declarer needs to replicate s-y-l's line in 4heart, playing a heart to the jack to take the diamond finesse, needing stiff king or heartKx onside, about a 13% chance overall. If the kings are the other way round, you need to play for a third round trump entry to take the heart finesse. The best line is to cash diamondA. This wins on a stiff king either side, diamonds 2-2 with heartK right, or a stiff diamond10 with North with heartK right. This gives about a 36% chance overall, still not great, but we've all been in many worse!
