Pretend you're East and you lead diamondQ. Declarer wins the king in hand, cashes spadeK and crosses to diamondA to ruff a diamond. He then goes back to dummy with spadeA, partner following, and ruffs dummy's last diamond. By this time West has followed to diamonds with the four, eight and ten, and thrown heart7 on the fourth round. Declarer now leads heart8 from hand. How do you defend?
