East led diamondK - you can see what happened. Declarer won diamondA and crossed to heartA. When the king dropped the trump situation was clear and North switched his attention to spades by leading the ten. West erred by not covering and on the fourth round a losing diamond went away from dummy. This enabled North to ruff a diamond in the dummy and his only losers were two trumps at the end.
