No problem - North's decision to continue with the last heart rather than the "obvious" diamond shrieked of suspicious intent. There could only be one reason - she suspected that South would not be able to over-ruff dummy's spade10 and declarer would realise why. It was a no win situation for North - West ruffed the heart in hand and laid down spadeA to make her part score.

South would have done better to return a spade instead of the third heart, but a suspicious declarer might still have come up with the correct conclusion.
