f-o-f needed a miracle and duly got it, but he had to be careful nonetheless. He won the opening lead in hand and immediately played three rounds of diamonds, ruffing the third in dummy. After returning hand with heartK he ruffed a fourth diamond, cashed clubA and ruffed a club. After returning to dummy with heartA he ruffed another club and cut loose with his losing heart. With spadeK on his right spadeA10 took the last two tricks.

Note that declarer had to be careful to ruff those losing diamonds early - otherwise East can throw one on a club and over-ruff dummy.
