Assuming that the oppo have found a 4-4 fit and the law of total tricks is telling the truth, then there is a total of 18 tricks available in the two potential trump suits (ten spades, eight hearts). You should be normally be competing to the level of your combined trump holding and most of your high card values are in spades so your defensive strength is limited, despite your four trumps. Although close, it looks like you should bid 4spade. Besides, Bob Hamman always seems to bid bid major suit games with six trumps, so it must be right. West doubles, leads clubA and switches to a trump.
