Assuming that East has six clubs - consistent with the bidding and East's first card, and that West has six diamonds, West is likely to be 3-3 or 2-4 in the majors. Who has heartK? Surely East would not have bid on with merely diamondK and six clubs to the queen, so it's likely to be with East. It looks right to cash just one high trump before playing hearts, but a trump promotion could be lurking if the spade honours are split.
