East fished out a heart and was regretting it well before North said "Queen please". West followed with heart2 and North the six. After cashing spadeA declarer crossed to hand with spadeK and put diamondJ on the table. When this held the trick North continued with diamond6 to dummy's king and West's ace. Another round of trumps was won by dummy's eight and a small club led off the dummy. West discards heart7 and you win North's ten with the queen. What now?
