This is definitely one of those hands where you don't run your long suit first. Apart from showing where all your values lay, dummy would have to find some very awkward discards. Declarer calmly played back heart10, and when that was ducked - as expected, he played a spade to the king expecting one player to show count and the other to duck. When that held South knew what to do next.
