If you lead a club, partner will win with the king and, holding spadeA, might continue the suit rather than switch to a heart. That will be curtains for the defence, for declarer can ruff the third club high, draw the trumps and ditch a heart on the last club winner. So, if you led a straightforward heart you score maximum points.
