All he needs to do is to lead a heart - even though North may give West an option by playing heart10 at trick two. If South has started with heartK92 then dummy's queen should be played, whereas if South began with merely heartK2 then a duck from dummy would be in order. With heartJ109 a much more attractive lead than heartJ10 alone, declarer should play low.
