Easy! You just play for clubQ singleton! When the queen drops under the ace declarer has time to unravel the entries to finish by cashing two more diamonds and clubK in hand. Is that what happened? No! East had cashed the diamonds first and tried to slip through a club by leading small from clubAK6. It was the only chance at this stage - but not with this distribution.

As is often the case, get the bidding right and you don't have to worry too much about the play!
