When I was first given this hand I conceived an unnecessarily complicated line, albeit a successful one, but it's really quite simple. diamondQ must surely be a singleton, so win the lead in dummy and lead a spade to the jack. North wins but whatever he leads you win, draw trumps, ruff out the hearts and play off ace and another club. South can't lead a diamond (high or low) so which ever defender wins the trick is endplayed.
