I hope you ended in dummy after the third round of trumps. Presumably Mr. Lightner had not published his treatise on unexpected doubles because South did not double and North did not lead a spade. After the top-of-nothing club lead West drew trumps ending in dummy and ran clubJ to score thirteen tricks. The result would have been the same on a neutral trump lead - when West finds that South has begun with twelve minor suit cards the ruffing club finesse becomes odds-on. East-West +2210.
