The answer is that you don't relax when heart10 holds! North is virtually marked with short hearts and clubs, and it should be almost automatic to finesse the ten. More importantly, have you spotted that it is vital to discard a club from dummy when you draw the last trump? Unless the clubs are two-two or the jack is single then the club pips will mean that you are in dummy after four rounds and there will be no way back to hand to cash the tenth trick. Not difficult, but easy to miss in the elation of reaching a good contract and having already made one good decision in the trump suit.
