. . . when South ruffed West's spadeK at trick two - he used the five! (Mistake 4). After cashing heartKQ, South led the ten but West did not cover (Mistake 5), so declarer still found himself in dummy after all the trumps had gone! However, that did not mean he played diamond9 from dummy - oh no! He began with the queen (Mistake 6) but was rescued by East who covered with the king! (Mistake 7). Masterful - but worse will no doubt be perpetrated somewhere this evening!
