There's absolutely nothing sinister about this hand. All you need to do is win diamondA and attack trumps. West cannot be denied one trump winner but, because of the lack of defensive communications, declarer can always avoid a diamond ruff and create a second diamond winner. As far as I know, there were no geniuses who led diamond5 against 4spade by North, although the same contract was beaten when South was declarer and West put diamond10 on the table.
