It looks obvious from partner's lead (surely he has five) that declarer holds heartAK alone - in which case partner wasn't lying about his rubbish hearts, was he?! A switch was therefore called for, and after winning clubK North led spadeQ to declarer's king and South's ace. You win South's continuation of spade9 with the jack as declarer plays the four.
