This deal comes from the Cambrose final trial between Pencharz and Granville in 1978. West opened a five card major 1spade and East bid 1NT, forcing. Despite the rather poor suit texture, you come in with 2diamond and this is passed round to East who protects with 2heart, which is also followed by two passes. North comes to life to with a very surprising 2spade.
