This is a classic hand which I'm sure you all wrapped up in double-quick time. South should ruff a low heart and pass spadeQ through East, throwing the losing diamond when East plays low. In the fullness of time declarer can draw trumps, cross to dummy with another heart ruff and lead spadeJ for a second ruffing spade finesse.
