Normally when I write the 7NT article it's about 5:30am. Today it's 5:30pm because it's my wife's birthday - one of those"special" ones, and from now on she will be old like me. Because I wish to stay alive, allowing for the faint possibility of playing lots of bridge in the future, it may be necessary to show her more attention today than is usual. So when I am on the phone to a bridge mate it will be a case of
