How about spadeK?!!! Declarer, a top class American, decided that from East's lead and spade switch he must hold major suit length, and therefore West would be likely to hold length in diamonds. So he took the diamond finesse by running diamondJ through West.. East won diamondQ, cashed jack and another spade which West won the nine. spadeQ and three further heart tricks meant that declarer was four down!!
