It appears that there is a premium for bidding game in this particular flavour of the on-line game so when North opened 1diamond with a perfectly sound weak No-trump it seemed perfectly understandable that he would follow with an outrageous raise to 3NT. All I can say in North's defence is that the crazy optimism he displayed in the final bid in was fully justified by his partner's declarer play.
