It's not clear what South should bid but I bet 2spade would feature strongly in any poll. At the table South bid 4heart - an interesting choice.

When West leads club8 and you insert the ten East plays the jack. No doubt you are wishing that partner was playing in game from his side but how do you play in 4heart?
